Interested in Health & Wellness? Over a series of 6 workshops and labs, students will work in a small group setting to complete the requirements of the following CTS Courses:
- HSS 1020 – Nutrition & Wellness
- HSS 1080 – Leadership Fundamentals
- REC 1040 – Foundations for Training 1
Students will work with an Athletic Trainer and Nutrition Specialist to develop a personalized fitness & nutrition program.
Offered: Mondays (November 14, 21, 28) from 9 a.m. -3 p.m. & Wednesdays (November 16, 23, 30) from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
